OUR FOUNDER
Vallonne Vineyards is a labour of love and passion for wines. India’s first wine professional-turned vintner, Shailendra Pai, brought his three decade-long experience in the wine industry when he founded the winery in 2009. Vallonné Vineyards is guided by an emphasis on cutting-edge quality, optimal viticultural practices and innovation and is supported by a team of professionals with expertise in varied fields.
OUR STORY
Vallonné Vineyards was established in 2009 in Nashik as India’s first boutique winery. Our wines are carefully crafted with an emphasis on quality, innovation and experimentation and have won awards and recognition at several Indian and international platforms.
We have a boutique four-room vineyard hotel, a restaurant by Malaka Spice and wine appreciation sessions. It is our endeavour to create a memorable and immersive experience for every guest.
Spread over a picturesque valley in a quiet village in Igatpuri, our vineyards are on the banks of the Mukhne Dam and the winery and hotel offer stunning views of the Sahyadri mountains.
Vallonné wines are listed in select restaurants and stores in Mumbai and Pune. Our grand reserve collection is exported to the UK. Our wines are made with grapes from our estate vineyards and contract vineyards around Nashik.
