Food Pairing

Hearty red sauce pastas, spicy kebabs and meat curries and biriyanis, sharp cheeses like Cheddar, Gouda and Edam and dark chocolate.

Best Served at:  6-8 degree Celsius.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with cheeses, light aperitifs, mildly flavoured pastas, seafood, light curries and pulaos.
